AngelWoods Coffee Cake
1-8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
Spray (or grease and flour) a 9"x13" glass pan. In a large
mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs,
milk, and extract. Mix dry ingredients and gradually add to mixture.
Put in 9"x13" pan spreading evenly. Spoon raspberry preserves in
8 to 10 dollops on top of batter. Swirl with a knife. Bake 15-20
minutes in 350 degree oven. Top with fresh blueberries, raspberries, or
strawberries. Bake another 15-20 minutes. Cool slightly and top with
sifted powered sugar.
